Description

Interdigitated electrodes (IDE) are electrochemical platforms that include two interdigitated electrodes. The variation on the material of the electrode and the size and the separation of the digits makes them suitable for different applications enhancing sensitivity and detection limits

ADD TO QUOTATION

Features

Number of WEs: 2 WE

Working electrode material: Gold

Line/Gap width (IDEs): 30 microns

Subtrate material: White plastic

Substrate size: Length: 3.40 cm x Width: 1.02 cm

Substrate thickness: 0.01 cm

Main features: Single to use sensors that eliminate the electrode maintenance. The coplanar design of this integrated device facilitates its use and reduces the sample required for the experiment. They present high reproducibility and are ideal for working in decentralized assays or to develop (bio)sensors in environmental, clinical or agri-food areas.

Possible aplications: Devices for Field-Effect Transistor (FET) useful to obtain sensing phases

Additional information: The interdigitated area (drain and source) should be modified with a semiconductor. The gate modification is optional for different purposes. The current circulated between the drain and source is the parameter under study that varies depending of the WEs modifications.

Packaging: 50 units per pack

Storage: At room temperature, protected from light in a dry place.

Suitable connectors: BIDSC-FET

Customization options: The design, geometry, substrate material, size or inks of this reference can be customized under your specifications and produced in large quantities upon request. For more information please contact us at info.dropsens@metrohm.com
