To build up additional Scrum Teams with a total of 20 new employees, in an international environment at our facilities in Metrohm DropSens (Spain), for the development of our new OMNIS software platform for managing all Metrohm instruments, we are looking for an: Scrum Master/Team Leader
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor or Master in Science and several years of experience in the development of sophisticated software products.
- You have leadership experience as Scrum Master or in a similar function.
- You lead with passion and you knowledge to motivate your team with a servant leadership style.
- You have several years of experience in agile software development, ideally in an international scaled environment, and you would like to make a big difference by taking responsibility for coordination and organization.
- You are creative, communicative, and you like to take responsibility.
- You would like to pass on your experience to a motivated team.
- You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment and appreciate the ex-change with specialists in chemistry, electronics and software.
- High English language level required.
